It’s being written by Michael Barbour, a teacher, course designer, researcher and administrator in various virtual schools in Canada and the United States. He points out the goal of his site is:
- “To pass on all items related to K-12 distance education, specifically K-12 online learning, that cross my electronic desk.
- To provide a space for me to play with ideas and opinions related to K-12 online learning in a non-academic way.”
