Our Vocabulary 1 workbook introduces Grade 1 students to useful vocabulary words through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
The workbook is organized into 12 lessons, with 16 new words in each lesson. Children work with the words in different ways to learn their meanings and become comfortable recognizing and using them.

The workbook focuses on helping Grade 1 students understand, recognize and use new words.
Across 12 lessons, children are introduced to 16 new vocabulary words at a time. The exercises give students repeated opportunities to work with each set of words and build a deeper understanding of what they mean.
